How To Register
Please Note: All participants featured in the workshop programme will be automatically registered.
For logistical and catering purposes, participants not listed in the program (non-speakers) must complete their registration by Tuesday, 18th March 2025 to confirm their attendance. Early registration is required to secure access to the event, as unregistered individuals will not be permitted entry.

The event is intended for an audience of academics, researchers, and practitioners. PhD candidates and Masters students are welcome to attend also. However, all attendees MUST register by the above deadline.

Workshop Proceedings
​
Please note that all workshop abstracts, along with a speaker directory, will be included in the official proceedings. This comprehensive volume will be assigned an ISBN number and made available both digitally and in print to all attendees on the day of the event. Following the workshop, all abstracts will be citable, ensuring that your contributions are easily accessible for future reference.

Venue & Travel Details
​
The event will be held at Charles Carter, Lancaster University, Bailrigg, Lancaster LA1 4YU. Lancaster University is well connected by train: the main train station is Lancaster Station, which is an 8-minute taxi ride to the university campus. If you’re arriving by car, the university is easily accessible from the M6 motorway, with ample parking on site. Please do let us know if you require further details. We recommend staying at the Lancaster University House Hotel, which is just a 2-minute walk from the university campus. It offers comfortable rooms and convenient access to the event venue. Alternatively, there are a variety of other affordable accommodation options in Lancaster city center, just a short bus or taxi ride from the university.
